Profit after tax amounted to SEK 379m (266) corresponding to SEK 2.25 per ordinary share (1.70). The profit before tax was impacted by changes in value in respect of properties of SEK 153m (157), changes in value of financial investments of SEK -m (-4), changes in value in respect of interest rate derivatives of SEK 233m (123) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 17m (3).
