Profit from property management increased by 38 percent and amounted to SEK 323m (234), which corresponds to SEK 1.68 per ordinary share (1.15). The profit from property management includes SEK 55m (39) in respect of associated companies.
Profit after tax amounted to SEK 435m (282) corresponding to SEK 2.37 per ordinary share (1.45). The profit before tax was impacted by changes in value in respect of properties of SEK 402m (247), changes in value in respect of interest rate derivatives of SEK -179m (-124) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 51m (33).
