Looking for a rental apartment? Join Balder’s housing queue to register and apply for available apartments across Sweden. Joining the queue is completely free, and getting started takes just a few seconds. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND LOG IN

To join our housing queue and apply for apartments, you must be over 18 years old and have BankID. BankID is used to verify your identity and protect your personal information.

When you log in using BankID, your name and registered address are automatically retrieved from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). You can enter and update other information, such as your contact details and employment status, on My Pages.

If your name or address is incorrect, you need to update your information with the Swedish Tax Agency.

Register for free and join Balder’s housing queue.

2. Find an available apartment
Browse our available rental apartments and find a home that suits your needs and preferences.

3. Register your interest
When you find an apartment you like, you can easily register your interest.

4. Track your application
Log in to your account to keep track of your applications and your position in the housing queue.
